SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping Policy Thank you for visiting and shopping at Fierce Kreations. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. Domestic Shipping Policy Shipment processing time All orders are processed within 3-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Shipping rates & delivery estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipment method Estimated delivery time Shipment cost USPS Standard 3-7 business days $13.99 Priority 3-4 days $ 26.99 USPS Overnight * 1-2 business days $29.95 * Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. . Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses Fierce Kreations ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Shipment confirmation & Order tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours after order is shipped. Customs, Duties and Taxes Fierce Kreations is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Damages Fierce Kreations is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. International Shipping Policy We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Our policy is valid from the date of the purchase. If you receive your order and are not satisfied for any reason you can return the product for an exchange. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS.
The following criteria must be met to qualify for an exchange:
Product is defective
Product is not as described
Product must be unopened
Product must be in original packaging
Product must be unused
Product must not be damaged
In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all exchanges will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue an exchange.
Proof of purchase
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase. Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we will not issue an exchange.
Sale and clearance items
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale or clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Shipping items
In order to return an order, you must contact us first.
You will need to attach a pre-paid return shipping label to the package and mail it to the address on the shipping label. You will not need to pay for shipping.
You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject an exchange.
